Early Learning Board Mission: To support children’s academic and lifelong well-being by directing and supporting the EOEL for an effective, coordinated, high quality early learning system from prenatal to kindergarten entry.

• Increase access and utilization of high-quality early childhood development programs.
• Ensure high quality early childhood development and learning programs as access is increased.
• Promote continuity from early childhood development and learning programs to K-3 or higher.
• Promote better collaboration in the field of EC from prenatal through kindergarten entry across and between public and private sectors.
• Expand the focus of EOEL to facilitate early childhood system building
